Production, Supply and Distribution (PSD) Database

The Foreign Agricultural Service’s Production, Supply and Distribution (PSD) online database contains current and historical official USDA data on production, supply and distribution of agricultural commodities for the United States and key producing and consuming countries.

Global Agriculture Information Network (GAIN)

USDA’s Global Agriculture Information Network (GAIN) provides timely information on agricultural commodities.  PSD data in GAIN reports are not official USDA data but represent estimates made by FAS commodity specialists.  Official USDA PSD data are determined after analyzing overseas reports and drawing on additional sources: Browse Data and Analysis.

EU commodity reports result from collaborative efforts of FAS commodity experts at FAS Offices in the EU Member States covering all 27 countries under the coordination of a lead drafter.
